Is SupremeSlayer single use? Do I have to pay a renewal fee for each season or release?

No, once you have purchased SupremeSlayer, you will own it for the lifetime of the product.

What are Tasks?

Tasks are essentially the number of ‘workers’ that are finding and adding the product to cart. With the starter tier (5 tasks), you will be able to run five releases (product/item) with one task each, or one release with five tasks total, or any combination in-between.

For the higher tiers (20, 50, Ultimate), you will be able to run the tasks for more products, or have more tasks running for each release, which means you will increase the number of times checkout will be attempted on the product.

What are updates? Do I have to pay for them?

All of our updates are FREE once you have purchased your product.

If I purchase SupremeSlayer, how long will it take for me to receive the software?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need us to rush your order, please DM on Twitter with your email address and order number.

Can I use SupremeSlayer on a Mac?

To use SupremeSlayer on a Mac, you will need to use a Virtual Machine that will allow you to run Windows, such as Virtualbox or Parallels.

Can I install on more than one computer?

No, you can only use the software on one computer at a time, but you can easily use our License Manager to deactivate and reinstall on a different computer.

Can I upgrade SupremeSlayer in the future to a higher tier?

Yes, you are able to upgrade any of our products.

What time should I start SupremeSlayer?

For SupremeSlayer, we recommend starting your tasks 15-30 seconds before the release.

How do I deactivate my license?

You can use our License Manager to deactivate your license.

I need to download SupremeSlayer again. Where can I find the download link?

You can use the following link to download SupremeSlayer:

I am trying to update to the latest version and I keep getting ‘An error occurred’ or ‘Failed to Update’?

You can use our License Manager to deactivate and then reinstall using the original link in the delivery email.

Do I need to input a product link?

No, you can just use keywords instead of inputting the product link.

How do I find keywords for SupremeSlayer?

We supply keywords for each release on our News page. You can also sign up to our newsletter to receive them in your inbox every week.

I want to purchase more than one product on Supreme, how do I do that?

Supreme will disallow you to checkout identical items on the same card. In order to purchase more than one product, or two of the same products, you will need to set up separate Checkout Profiles for each product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments through Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal.

Is there a guarantee?

We are not able to guarantee success with our bots, however, we offer the best bots in the business and our success rate across all of our products is very high.
