ImageTyperz is a third party service used to solve captcha challenges. Our software utilises ImageTyperz to find solutions for our software to use during checkout.

As with all automatic harvesters, you do not need to be present during the release as you can schedule ImageTyperz to start and stop at any time during releases.

How to register for ImageTyperz

To use ImageTyperz, you will need to register an account here. Enter your details and click submit. (See Image 1)

You will then be able to login to your account using your username and password. (See Image 2)

Once logged in, you will then be able to add funds to your account and view your API key, which you will need to use when configuring ImageTyperz in the software. (See Image 3)

How to configure ImageTyperz

Step 1: API Keys and Task Limit

To configure ImageTyperz, click the automatic harvester link in the top right corner of the main page and you will taken to the automatic harvester Control Panel. Click Services. (See Images 1, 2, 3)

Within the Service Manager, click add to choose your harvester from the Service Selector; in this case, you will need to select ImageTyperz. You will then be able to input your API key you were given upon registration. You can also test your credentials to check your balance and that you have input the API key correctly. (See Images 4, 5)

You can then set your task limit, which determines how captchas you want solved simultaneously; there is no limit to how many jobs you are able to run at the same time, however, running more will drain your balance quicker. Click OK to save your configuration. (See Image 6)

Step 2: Trigger Manager

To schedule ImageTyperz, please take a look at how to set the Trigger Manager here.

Once you have correctly configured ImageTyperz, you can then click start all on the Control Panel (See Image 7), or right click the service you wish to start within the Service Manager (if not scheduled) (See Image 8). You will notice that your server will now appear as ‘harvesting’ (green) when started and will inform you when a solution has been received in the main Control Panel, with the number of solved captchas in the bottom left corner of the Control Panel and on the main page. (See Image 9)

You can stop the automatic harvester at any time by clicking stop all on the Control Panel, or by right clicking the service you wish to stop within the Service Manager. (See Image 10, 11)
