The Global Log only appears when you start a release. It will show your locale and the product it has found that matches your keywords, if any.
Understanding the Global Log
When you start the release, a new tab will open for each of your releases. The Global Log will be the first thing you see with information regarding the release and is located at the bottom. It will show as ‘Activity Log – Global.’ (See Image 1)
If your locale and keywords are correct, your Global Log will appear as in Image 2.
If your keywords are incorrect in any way, such as being spelt incorrectly or the item does not exist/not releasing, the bot will not be able to find the product and will just show that no products can be found. (See Image 3) Please see the notification below regarding this showing prior to the release.
If your locale cannot be detected or you have lost internet connection, it means that the bot is unable to access Supreme’s website. This may also be indicative of a IP ban, or banned proxies. Please refer to the Global Proxy guide for further information on how to resolve this. (See Image 4)
SupremeSlayer will not be able to find products until the time of the release, it may show as 0 products found due to them not being live on Supreme’s website until the release time.
